Performed complete project management for establishing NBR Gloves dipping manufacturing factory, Sourced suppliers for Factory layout-Production line designing. Procured Production Materials like ceramic formers, formers holder, conveyor chain, readymade NBR Latex, Natural Latex, polymer, other chemicals, and Line axillary materials from International suppliers.
In Sales Identified new opportunities to increase sales of Examination Gloves products. Import - Export Handled 40 local suppliers, 10 import suppliers, and 2 export customers shipments, worked with 3PL for an efficient flow of Import/Export shipments, and conducted Volume, Inventory, E&O, and ATR Forecasting, for optimization.
Inventory Management Conducted frequent Cycle count and wall-to-wall, performed MDOH - Inventory aging & Excess and obsolete analysis.
Export Benefits Claimed government benefits such as Duty Drawback and MEIS. Saved 10 Million worth of duty payments through EPCG import scheme.
Managed ECN-ECR, Monitored PTA Tracker, and Ensured strict adherence to SOX compliance and Safety standards to maintain zero deficiency.
